Mahogany is a character that was dreamt up at work one day. My colleague Terry and I brainstormed and decided that she should wear rollerskates alot. Though she was a cop; she wouldn't wear a holster - she would draw her weapons directly from the afro! She is the mother of another character of mine named Baby Troubador.
